Refund and Returns Policy

General Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • All items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Items purchased on sale or promotion may be final sale and not eligible for return.

 

Perishable Items:

  • Due to health and safety regulations, perishable items (produce, dairy, fresh meat, prepared foods, etc.) may only be returned if they are spoiled or defective.
  • These returns must be made within 48 hours of purchase and accompanied by the receipt.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Frozen foods
  • Caviar
  • Fresh bakery items
  • Beverages (including alcohol)
  • Bulk items
  • Vitamins and supplements
  • Special orders or custom items

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please bring it back with your receipt as soon as possible. We’ll gladly offer a replacement.
